Build a cross-platform mobile application for real-time fleet tracking, route optimization, and driver management — accessible to dispatchers, drivers, and customers.
The Challenge
The logistics company managed 200+ vehicles across 8 cities with no real-time visibility. Routes were planned manually, fuel costs were rising, and customers had no way to track shipments. Driver communications were handled via phone calls.
Our Solution
We built a React Native mobile app with three user roles (dispatcher, driver, customer) with real-time GPS tracking, AI-powered route optimization, digital proof-of-delivery, and automated dispatch. A companion web dashboard provides fleet-wide analytics.
Our Approach
Designed the UX for three distinct user personas. Built the real-time tracking infrastructure with WebSockets and GPS integration. AI route optimization was trained on 2 years of historical delivery data to minimize fuel consumption and travel time.
