Objective
Design and develop a modern eCommerce platform to complement 50+ physical retail stores, enabling omnichannel sales and improving online conversion rates.
The Challenge
The client's existing website was outdated, slow, and mobile-unfriendly. Cart abandonment was at 78%, and the site couldn't handle traffic spikes during sales events. Product catalog management was manual and error-prone.
Our Solution
We built a custom Next.js-based eCommerce platform with a headless CMS, real-time inventory sync, AI-powered product recommendations, and an optimized checkout flow. The new platform loads in under 1.5 seconds and handles 10x the previous traffic capacity.
Our Approach
Conducted UX research with 50+ customers to identify pain points. Design sprints produced a mobile-first design validated through A/B testing. Development used agile sprints with bi-weekly releases. Launch was phased across product categories.
